The Nursery
The right of the center roof-top garden serves as home
to “The Queen’s” nursery and playroom.
This room was absolutely the most fun so far,
so forgive us if we went a little crazy within!
It was inspired by wallpaper acquired as a freebie
[4 Mini Ladies, Greensburg, PA], the basic theme is Noah’s ark.
Diana’s [Miniature Lane] work shines through here via matching
pink and blue cribs with drawers, and a neutral green changing table,
wardrobe, rocker, toy chest, table and chairs.
The room began to fill in with crocheted and embroidered items
from a collection I won at a silent auction.
The concept of sharing this space with wild, farm, and prehistoric animals
- shall we say that is a figment of your imagination?
